SERUCA is a regional professional association dedicated to advancing urgent care as a vital component of the healthcare system across the Southeast. Through advocacy, education, and collaboration, we support urgent care leaders as they work to deliver high-quality, accessible, and cost-effective care in their communities.
Our role is to represent the interests of urgent care providers, elevate clinical and operational standards, and strengthen the collective voice of the industry at both the state and regional level.

OUR STORY
As urgent care has continued to grow across the Southeast, so has the need for strong regional representation and coordinated advocacy. SERUCA was formed in 2022 by a group of urgent care leaders who recognized the importance of a unified voice focused on the unique challenges and opportunities facing urgent care providers in the region.
Today, SERUCA represents urgent care professionals and organizations across Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Kentucky, and Tennessee. While SERUCA operates as an independent organization, we maintain close alignment with the national Urgent Care Association, allowing our members to benefit from both regional advocacy and national resources.
